Declaration and Agreement
I state that:
  1. I accept that JIC is a provider of Monash College & Monash University Foundation Year. JIC is not responsible for the Student Visa to Australia as it is under Australian Embassy authority. For student visa requirements please check the website www.immi.gov.au/students/asssesment.htm.
  2. I accept that JIC is a “zone-free area” where any religious or political activities as well as sexual harassment practices are disallowed.
  3. I shall not partake in any activities that will cause damage either to myself or to campus environment, i.e, consuming alcohol, smoking, possessing or being in the possession of drug.
  4. I will take all care while using facilities and equipment of campus, and return all books borrowed from the JIC library or others who has relationship with JIC.
  5. I am willing to pay for compensation and JIC has right to withhold my deposit, if I cause any damage while at JIC do not return any items, including library books which are the property of JIC.
  6. I guarantee to pay for all my financial responsibilities to JIC on time, and if this does not occur JIC has right to withhold all reports, examination score and certificates and can report this matter to the Monash University and Australian Embassy.
  7. I certify that all my documents and information provided by me are true, and I am willing to be responsible for any consequences that may arise because of false or misleading information given to JIC.
  8. I agree that if I do not abide by all regulations mentioned above, I am willing to be expelled by JIC, and all payments I have made will not be claimed for or refunded.
