On July 11, 2025, members of JIC’s Entrepreneur Club had the exciting opportunity to visit DANA’s headquarters and meet some of the key people behind one of Indonesia’s top digital wallet platforms.

The visit started with a session by Mr. Yan Permana Agung Putra, Technology and Software Development Engineer Manager at DANA. He shared the story behind the company, its mission, and the role DANA plays in Indonesia’s growing digital economy. Mr. Yan also gave us a feel for what it’s like to work at DANA—highlighting its innovative culture, friendly environment, and how the team works together. He also encouraged club members to look into future internship opportunities and shared some advice for those interested in tech careers.

The second speaker was Mr. Suwandi, Head of Merchant Strategy and Business Operations. He talked about how DANA builds its business strategies and stands out among other e-wallet platforms. He explained how the company uses AI to improve user experience and how great customer service is one of DANA’s strongest points. His session gave everyone a better idea of how strategy and good branding help make DANA one of the top choices in the market.

Last but not least, Mr. Zulfy Romadhony, Head of Fraud Management & Authorization, talked about the importance of risk management in the digital world. He explained the different types of fraud that can happen and how DANA works to prevent them. He also shared how DANA supports users when these things happen, showing that customer care is always a priority, especially during difficult situations.

After the talks, the club members were taken on a tour of DANA’s office. The workspace was open, flexible, and beautifully designed with touches of Indonesian culture and nature. There were also rest areas where employees could relax and recharge—a clear sign that DANA really cares about the well-being of its team.

The visit was more than just a company tour—it was an inspiring experience that gave everyone a closer look at how a tech company runs from the inside.
