 Dear JIC Family,

On Thursday, December 12, 2024, JIC proudly hosted the final Parents-Teacher Meeting (PTM) of the year. This event marks another milestone in our ongoing commitment to fostering a collaborative and transparent relationship with our students' families or guardian. As always, the PTM provided a valuable platform for parents and teachers to connect, ensuring everyone remains aligned in supporting students' academic journeys at JIC.

The PTM was thoughtfully designed to update parents on the academic progress and activities of students in both the Monash Diploma and Western Michigan programs. This included updates for new students who joined during the October 2024 intake, as well as for those continuing in advanced semesters.

Our primary objective for the PTM is to ensure parents are well-informed about their child’s development, not only in terms of academic achievements but also in understanding any challenges or difficulties they may be facing. It is an opportunity to celebrate successes, discuss growth opportunities, and align on strategies to help our students thrive in their studies and personal development.

For years, JIC has worked diligently to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with parents or guardians. This partnership is a cornerstone of our success, as it allows us to earn and uphold the trust of families who entrust us with their children’s education. We firmly believe that open communication and collaboration between JIC and student’s parent create a positive impact, not only for the institution but, most importantly, for our students' growth and success.

We were heartened by the active participation and engagement of parents and students who attended this PTM. Your presence underscores your dedication to your children’s education, and it motivates us to continuously improve the quality of the support we provide.

To our dear parents and guardians, thank you for your time, feedback, and collaboration. Your trust and partnership mean the world to us, and we are deeply grateful. To our students, keep striving for excellence, and remember that your journey is supported by a community that believes in you wholeheartedly.
